this is a picture of my typical lunch these days before mixing it into a mesh. it is way filling and the brain boost is amazing. upon hearing that phosphatidylcholine increased curcumin bioavailability, i started to washed down my turmeric dish with a glass of water having a mixed tablespoon of TWINLAB Choline Cocktail containing 375mg choline dihydrogen citrate. the flavors were definitely not complementary. i accidentally discovered a flavorful mix by adding a choline teaspoon to  a Rooibos tea sitting about. the powder contents of an Alpha GPC having 300mg of L-alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine.

regarding food as medicine, using a small amount of coconut oil, i cook up tofu which contains phosphatidylcholine and heat the turmeric brain sauce to activate the turmeric although the quercetin in the white onions and capers are diminished in quality so first toast the tofu cubes then add the turmeric brain sauce and lower the heat to the lowest stove level. for me as a male, this is an occasional once a week meal to avoid an estrogen increase.

the fatty oils in avocado help to increase turmeric bioavailability. spiralina and kelp came just for the ride. you can see how to grow lentil sprouts from a few of my other blog posts.

day 3 of a 24/7 zen-like state of mind vegan diet

am on day 3 of a 24/7 induced zen-like state of mind vegan diet variation. my 12 year old niece handed me seven of these bands she created. hope to replace the expedient plastic bands with colorful hemp fibers. hope to earn a third today. the first day of a diet is always the hardest. having performed this diet twenty years ago with only lentil sprouts and water for thirty days, i knew at at the very least a 24/7 induced zen-like of mind begins on the third day. the bands are a helpful visual feel good reminder to keep to the diet. a Google Music subscription is playing a yoga meditation radio station. the absence of ads is peaceful. i’m feeling peaceful. it gets better as the days progress.

i’ll loose any sense of humor. a zen-like state places my mind to absorb news of tragic events without the twists and turns to humor. the later being like heat energy and the concomitant opportunity costs. in a zen-like state of mind, the minds eye becomes keenly aware of life forces and the law of attraction being a natural given, attention of the minds eye can translate to light energy.

this diet is an experiment to accentuate the effects of nootropics i’ve haphazardly discovered to date with a zen-like state of mind lentil diet experiment i lived twenty years ago.

below is a quick synopsis of the diet intended for days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. the rest days are essential to keep homeostasis. for a busy schedule, you can alternate between nootropic and rest days regardless of the day of week.

a summary of nootropics and sustainable practices

inspired by a creative nootropic

i was excited this past week to experience a creative and energizing effect of Acetyl L-Carnotine / Alpha Lipoic Acid on Modafinil, it dawned on me to produce a summary of sustainable practices and nootropics as a living post to be elaborated later with references and rationals maybe a book as well.

the nootropic practices i’ve discovered for myself passed a tipping point a half year ago and i was hungry to discovery new nootropics (and foolish rides along with hungry). for example, this summary represents a refinement of creating cold brew coffee after weeks of experimentation. although five or so batches got drained straight into the sink, a few survived well.. a wow test. the cold brew coffee batches started with small two cups of produced quantity and has evolved to a large glass jar in the refrigerator holding a high quality smooth organic light brew that holds well for three weeks – coffee has never ever been this good plus i’ll later be exploring how to avoid molded coffee beans affecting over 50% of all coffees in the United States.

traveling the past nine months caused me to adopt new practices and drop others for example papaya is found readily in a city near the Mexican border but is expensive and less available otherwise let alone the rarity of finding an organic papaya. the practices below are on the farm only.
